PETER KEITH is a Red Seal chef in Edmonton, Alberta

Trained at NAIT and apprenticed at Chambar, the Hardware Grill, & Shaw Conference Centre, he has gone on to compete in International Cooking Contests in Germany, Brazil, Hong Kong and Singapore.
